February 13: Baked Cauliflower with Caper Sauce & Winter Salad Class

During this class, you'll learn how to make the creamiest cauliflower gratin with caper sauce and kale chiffonade to use as a base for a salad.
February 27: Pappa al Pomodoro Soup & Ricotta Mousse Class

In this class you will learn how to make Pappa al pomodoro (a classic Tuscan cuisine made with tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and leftovers of stale bread) and delicious ricotta mousse dessert.
March 13: Apple and Blueberry Cake Class

We'll cook together this sweet and healthy apple and blueberry cake with the least sugar and butter content.
March 27: Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli Class

In this class, we will make homemade Ravioli with a traditional Tuscan filling using ricotta and spinach.
