Pappa al Pomodoro Soup & Ricotta Mousse Class

‘Viva la pappa al pomodoro’ was a famous song during the ‘70s, in which this recipe of Tuscan peasant origin was celebrated by all the Italians. Together with panzanella in summer and ribollita in winter, pappa al pomodoro is one of the classics of Tuscan cuisine, made with simple elements: tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and leftovers of stale bread. During this class I also want to share with you one of the simplest and delicious desserts: ricotta mousse. It’s a milky mousse with some crunchy bites inside…Join to discover it!

– rustic style bread
– fresh and canned tomatoes
