Orecchiette, that translates into “little ears,” is the cutest pasta in the world that holds the sauce like little scoops. We’ll pair orecchiette with broccoli, a traditional classic of Italian cuisine, and you’ll learn how to make the perfect creamy sauce cooking broccoli together with pasta.
