During this class we’ll cook together one of my family’s favorites, orecchiette pasta with broccoli, a simple delicious vegetarian recipe, full of flavor and nutrients.
You’ll learn how to make homemade orecchiette pasta from scratch. We’ll make the dough just with flour and water and shape this pasta just with a knife! Orecchiette, that translates into “little ears,” is the cutest pasta in the world that holds the sauce like little scoops. We’ll pair orecchiette with broccoli, a traditional classic of Italian cuisine, and you’ll learn how to make the perfect creamy sauce cooking broccoli together with pasta.
