Baked Cauliflower & Winter Salad Class
During this class, we’ll make two recipes using two veggies from the healthy cruciferous family. You’ll learn how to make one of those special dishes perfect for the holidays or a feast: the creamiest cauliflower gratin (to use a French word)! It’s easy to put together and can be prepared in advance. The capers give a distinctive flavor and even if yore not particularly a fan of cauliflower you’ll love this. We’ll also make a kale chiffonade to use as a base for a salad. You can customize this salad, however you like, getting creative with what you mix in. The options are endless!
