We’ll start our day in my kitchen for an immersive, hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn the secrets of making authentic Italian pasta, from starting the dough from scratch to crafting handmade pasta. We’ll pair the pasta with a delicious sauce and finish with a delightful homemade dessert. While enjoying our creations amidst vineyards and olive trees, you’ll also have the opportunity to taste local pecorino Toscano cheese and sip wine from the Bolgheri DOC.
After the cooking class, we’ll visit one of Bolgheri’s finest wineries located on The Wine Road. You’ll have the chance to explore the vineyards and cellar before indulging in a wine tasting while learning about the prestigious Bolgheri DOC.
