Authentic Italian Pasta Making Class

Discover the secrets of crafting authentic Italian pasta, with my cherished family recipes. You’ll knead fresh dough made with eggs and flour, and use my grandmother’s pasta machine to roll out long sheets of pasta. You’ll craft fettuccine elevating your culinary experience with a flavorful sauce. To complete our meal, we’ll make together a delicious dessert. As we savor our creations, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, you’ll l taste a local pecorino toscano cheese and sip a wine from the famous Bolgheri DOC.

This is a healthy and vegetarian hand-on pasta cooking class. The meal includes one handmade fresh pasta, pecorino Toscano cheese, a salad and
a wine from the Bolgheri DOC.

For an additional fee, private transfers from your location are available upon request.

Because we use fresh and seasonal ingredients from our garden and local farms, our menu changes with the season.
