Tuscan Cooking Class: Gnocchi & Tiramisù

During this hands-on class, we’ll prepare one of Italy’s most beloved dishes: gnocchi! Using my family’s traditional recipe with just flour and water—no potatoes—we’ll make soft, fresh gnocchi from scratch. We’ll pair it with a classic Italian tomato sauce, finished with fresh basil and creamy burrata. For dessert, we’ll make a special tiramisù with mascarpone and delicate meringues. A walk in the garden lets us pick seasonal herbs and vegetables to use in our cooking. After class, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy our dishes with a glass of Bolgheri DOC wine.
Perfect for beginners and experienced cooks, this class is an authentic way to learn Italian recipes, family traditions, and the true flavors of Tuscany.



What to expect: Hands-on cooking class followed by lunch.

Duration: 3 hours.

Price: 140 € per person based on a group of four.

When: 11.00 am – 13.00 am daily.

This is a healthy and vegetarian hand-on pasta cooking class. The meal includes one handmade fresh gnocchi, pecorino Toscano cheese, a salad, a dessert  and a wine from the Bolgheri DOC.

For an additional fee, private transfers from your location are available upon request.

Because we use fresh and seasonal ingredients from our garden and local farms, our menu changes with the season.
