You’ ll learn how to make pasta from scratch without eggs, just with flour and water. We’ll shape cavatelli pasta by hand without a machine, discovering how satisfying is rolling and shaping dough. You’ll discover to make a simple tomato sauce and how to finish off the cavatelli with the sauce.
