Easy Mushroom Risotto Class

Risotto without the fuss! During this class, I’ll show you how to prepare a delicious vegetarian mushroom risotto without constantly stirring. While a classic risotto needs your constant attention, I will show you another method that allows you to drink a glass of wine and impress your guests with a good, hearty mushroom risotto. We’ll use dried and fresh mushrooms, adding different levels of flavor. You’ll be making risotto more often after this class!

Key Ingredients

  • onions, carrots, celery
  • fresh and dried mushrooms
  • thyme, garlic, shallot, rosemary
  • rice (Arborio, Carnaroli or Roma)
  • parmigiano cheese
