When can I access these classes?
All the lessons in this series were pre-recorded in Tuscany and are available instantly upon purchase. You’ll have lifetime, on-demand access so you can work through the lessons at your own pace, whenever is convenient for you.
How much does it cost?

When will I know what ingredients to purchase for the series?
The full recipe and shopping list for each menu item are already published inside the course, so you can start to prepare as soon as you enroll.
Do I need any special equipment for this series?
Besides pots, pans, and a casserole dish, there’s just one specialty piece of equipment: a pasta machine for the lasagna. If you don’t have a pasta machine, we encourage you to try to borrow one, but you can also roll out the dough with a rolling pin (or purchase dry lasagna sheets from the store).
How does it work? Do I need a special program to participate in the class?
There’s no special software program required. The pre-recorded video lessons and written instructions will be provided in a step-by-step course format on this website. You will set up a password to access the series when you enroll.
Can I give this series as a gift to someone else?
Yes! We’d be happy to create a PDF gift certificate for you to share with your recipient, then they’ll sign themself up for the series. Please contact club@cookingintuscany.cc to request a gift certificate and allow at least 48 hours turn over time.
