Before each Chicca’s Cooking Club season starts, we offer a free online class live from Tuscany, normally $37 value. We want to gather people around the world in their kitchens, connect together and cook with them one of the most famous handmade Italian pasta: gnocchi! Our free classes are very popular and with many participants, in January 2021 we counted about 600 registrations on 4 continents, 14 countries, 23 states in the USA. Don’t miss the next free class!
FREE ONLINE GNOCCHI COOKING CLASS
HOW IT WORKS
Once you enroll, we’ll provide you with a fun and interactive online cooking class through Zoom. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the recipe, a detailed shopping list and the tools you need, the Zoom link. We will broadcast live from my home kitchen in Tuscany for a delicious experience. At the end of the class we’ll send you the video class replay that you can watch at your own convenience. Just click it and connect from wherever you are!
WHICH RECIPE WE'LL COOK
We’ll cook together Gnocchi from scratch paired with a peas and pancetta sauce. If you’re not expert on making gnocchi, this is the easiest homemade gnocchi recipe ready in 30 minutes.
Made without potatoes, this recipe is prepared just with flour and water and we’ll learn also how to make a delicious sauce to pair with gnocchi.
