Strawberry Tiramisù Class Replay

What do you do with a basket of fresh strawberries? Tiramisu! During this class I share with you a twist on the classic Italian tiramisù, traditionally made with coffee and mascarpone cheese.
We use fresh strawberries and citrus to make a fruity, fresh dessert with the classic ladyfingers. I also share with you how to make a lighter cream without mascarpone and eggs to fill your layers.
Strawberry tiramisu will be your perfect no-bake dessert and a great one to make in advance: the texture is best after resting a day in the fridge!
