It’s hard to believe another cooking season has come to an end! Together with Chicca’s Cooking Club, we’ve now shared over 100 live Zoom classes, a simple way for us to stay connected through home cooking.
Some of our members have been with us since the very first class, and this winter season was so much fun. Over six live classes, we made some of my favorite Italian recipes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
I’ve included here a few photos of the gorgeous dishes our members created this past season. Their enthusiasm in every class is what makes this so special!

Now that winter is behind us, I’m already looking ahead to our Spring & Summer season (April–July). I’ve been busy in the kitchen perfecting six brand-new recipes for us to cook together!
As always, we’ll celebrate ingredients at their peak like asparagus, zucchini, strawberries, ricotta, and eggplant. Here are a few photos of our upcoming dishes to whet your appetite!
