Spinach Gorgonzola Quiche Class
Let’s make together a tasty quiche perfect for the fall season. You’ll learn how to make a pie crust from scratch by hand, with few ingredients; it will take a few minutes and you’ll never buy a crust anymore. We’ll use ricotta and gorgonzola for the filling instead of cream, to have a lighter quiche. Once you learn how to make a crust, you can customize your quiche in a thousand different ways, using different types of cheeses or veggies. If you are gluten or diary free, we’ll have plenty of tips for substitution!
Key Ingredients
– unbleached all-purpose flour or ‘00’ flour (preferred)
– fresh spinach or greens (like Swiss chard, Collard greens)
– Ricotta

– Parmigiano cheese
