In this class, we’ll use Butternut Squash to make two recipes: a flavorful risotto and a quick, simple casserole.
You’ll learn how to make a risotto, a classic of Italian cuisine, in a traditional way, adding the stock one ladleful at a time. I’ll share with you my tricks to make the perfect creamy risotto, without adding any cream: this would be a heresy for Italians!
We’ll also use butternut squash to make a delicious casserole with a crunchy crumble on the top while risotto is cooking, so you’ll have two dishes ready for your meal!
