November 7 Class: Semolina Gnocchi & Milk Braised Turkey

Join us for this class on: Saturday, October 24

10:30am PT / 1:30pm ET / 5:30pm GMT / 7:30pm Italy

During this class we’ll cook a main course and a second course. You’ll learn how to make one of the easiest gnocchi recipe, just with semolina, milk and butter. In this recipe, gnocchi are baked and not boiled, so it’s a great recipe to prepare with a head of time.

You’ll learn also a traditional family turkey recipe, in which the meat is cooked in milk and herbs. You can use turkey breast, without cooking the whole bird, and this recipe works also for pork loin.

With these, you can easily feed a crowd, or enjoy left overs for days!
