Chocolate lovers, I want to share with you my favorite chocolate cake that I’m sure will become your favorite, too. Caprese al cioccolato is a traditional cake from the island of Capri, hence the name caprese, not to be confused with tomatoes and mozzarella… I’ll share with you my delicious recipe for a dark chocolate, fudgy cake that requires a lot of almonds, a little flour and, of course, the best dark chocolate you can find.
I’ll teach you my secrets, learned over the years, to keep the cake moist while baking.
