Homemade Spring Lasagna Class
There are infinite variations of lasagna and no matter which one you’re eating, a warm and cheesy lasagna dish is an ideal go-to meal for family gatherings and celebrations. During this class, we’ll make the perfect white lasagna from scratch. We’ll knead the dough together, roll out the thin lasagna noodles, make Béchamel sauce, and assemble the various components.
I’ll show my method to stack the lasagna layers, my secret ingredient to add to the filling, and a way to use leftover noodles for a crunchy top. You have the option to add your choice of seafood or meat, or just use vegetables.
Once you learn to make lasagna from scratch, the possibilities are endless!
