Homemade Pesto Lasagna Class
Full of summer flavors and creaminess, this pesto lasagna recipe is another great vegetarian dish. This one’s ideal to make when the temperature begins to rise and the garden becomes lush with green basil leaves.
From homemade lasagna noodles to traditional Italian pesto, I’ll teach you how to make each component from scratch. We’ll spread soft layers of egg pasta with creamy cheese and the freshest homemade basil pesto. Then elevate the dish with some pine nuts on top. This will balance the comforting softness of the lasagna with some crunch: the magic is done!
*Pasta machine recommended
For the lasagna pasta sheets
- ‘00’ double zero flour
- pine nuts (or walnuts)
- parmigiano, ricotta, and mozzarella
- green beans
- heavy cream or milk
