Homemade Fusilli Pasta with Sausage Ragu Sauce
The magic of flour and water is that they can combine into hundreds of types of pasta! One of them is fusilli, also known as busiate in the Southern part of Italy.
We’ll make our fusilli pasta from scratch, twisting strips of dough to form the spiral noodles. This is a fun activity to enjoy with family and friends!
We’ll pair our homemade fusilli pasta with a hearty tomato-sausage ragu. I’ll teach you how to make a meat sauce that comes together much faster than the classic ragu, while still full of flavor.
The reward is delicious homemade pasta to savor and new skills in your cooking resumé: that’s something to be proud of!
– Fine semolina durum wheat flour
– San Marzano tomatoes
– White wine and fresh basil leaves
