Homemade Fettuccine & Porcini Cheese Sauce Class
Every day is good for fresh pasta! One of my best memories as a child is making fresh tagliatelle with my grandmother. I still have her pasta machine (which is more than 70 years old ) and I still make fresh pasta just the same way she did.
This class covers the basic recipe for fresh pasta, which we’ll use to make Fettuccine, paired with a delicious porcini cheese sauce!
** We highly recommend having a pasta machine for this class. I will be demonstrating how to make dough by hand and will use a pasta machine with fettuccini attachment. If you do not have a pasta machine on hand, we’ll provide video instructions before class to hand roll the dough and cut the noodles.
– “00” and Semola Durum wheat flour
– Porcini mushrooms
– Parmigiano cheese
– Pecorino cheese
