Classic Italian Tiramisu Class

 

Learn how to make the most popular homemade Italian recipe, Tiramisù. I’ll share with you my recipe, that never changed over the past 30 years! There are many versions of Tiramisù, (with alcohol or without, with heavy cream and non-eggs) but basically Tiramisù is a Mascarpone cheese cream layered over coffee-soaked ladyfinger biscuits topped with bitter cocoa powder.

My recipe doesn’t include alcohol, and with few tricks you’ll have a creamy and soft Tiramisù, without getting a soggy one. I’ll share everything with you during our class!
