Chicca’s Panna Cotta Class
Panna cotta, translated in Italian as “cooked cream”, is one of the most renowned desserts from Italy. In my recipe, I use egg whites in the place of gelatine. This calls for a different technique to still achieve a panna cotta with the perfect, creamy consistency.
We’ll pair this delicate dessert with a delightful strawberry sauce. Celebrate the end of your meal with a tribute to Italy’s legendary confections!
