Three Different Types of Bruschetta Class
For this class we have three bruschetta recipes! Perfect for summer months as a starter or paired with a salad for a complete meal, there’s an infinite number of ingredients to add on a toasted sliced of bread. Today, we’ll learn to make three different toppings:
1) Tomatoes confit with fresh herbs
2) Caramelized pears and Gorgonzola cheese
3) Roasted eggplants and Mozzarella
We’ll also learn how to rub garlic on the bread without having smelly hands and some Italian — such as how to pronounce bruschetta the correct way!
