Ciao, I’m Chicca.

Since 2001, I’ve been teaching Italian cooking classes from my farmhouse on The Wine Road to Bolgheri, home to some of the world’s finest wines. With a degree in architecture and a passion for cycling, I found my true calling in sharing authentic Italian recipes passed down through generations and celebrating the power of fresh, good ingredients.

I teach in-person cooking classes as well as live online cooking classes. You can also join me for a weeklong food & wine trip in Tuscany and a variety of food & wine day tours in our unique medieval villages and stunning wineries.
Our property La Casa Toscana has two spacious apartments for rent where you can live your full experience of our magical region.
