What ingredients do I need?
The key ingredients for gnocchi are simple: flour (I use '00' double zero) - the very fine one), butter, and Parmesan cheese. The sauce is made with leeks, peas, pancetta/bacon (optional), and extra virgin olive oil. A full ingredient list is provided in your confirmation email.

Who I am
I'm Chicca with Cooking in Tuscany . I'm 100% Italian and I've been teaching traditional Italian recipes for over 20 years in my home kitchen located in Castagneto Carducci - Bolgheri, on the Tuscan Coast.

About Chicca's Cooking Club
Chicca’s Cooking Club was born in 2020 and we have celebrated our fourth year of live cooking from my kitchen in Tuscany, with over 90 replay videos from past classes available in our library.

I started it with my husband, Arnaud and our partner Denise who helps run the show from Oregon. Since then, we've grown into a thriving, supportive community from around the world that share your same passion for authentic Italian cuisine.

The idea is simple. Every month, we meet live on Zoom, where I guide you through a seasonal recipe, demonstrate techniques, share stories, and answer questions. At the end, we enjoy the food we’ve made together! And we laugh. A lot!

From my kitchen in Tuscany, we aim to bring easy and accessible recipes and the joy of cooking directly to you. You'll hear more about these classes and Club membership at the end of the free gnocchi class.

How does it work? Do I need a special program to participate?

The live class will be held through Zoom. You don’t need your Zoom account. Just click the link I’ll be sending and join us.

What time will the live class start and how long is it?

The class is about 75 minutes long and is held at 10:30am PT / 1:30pm ET / 7:30pm Central Europe. Participants from U.S. time zones will participate around lunchtime.

When will I know what ingredients to purchase for the class?

The full recipe and list of ingredients are included in your confirmation email.

Do I need to be an experienced cook for this?
This class is perfect for beginner cooks (even for kids!) to master one of the most popular Italian recipes. Bring your family and friends!

When is the latest I can enroll in a class?

Enrollment will stay open until the last minute. However, we recommend enrolling at least 24 hours in advance to have plenty of time to shop for ingredients and receive important instructions the day before class.

What if I miss the live cooking class or have to leave early?

Everyone who signs up will have access to the video recording within 24 hours of the live class. You can watch the replay (and cook) whenever is most convenient for you.
