When will I know what ingredients to purchase for the classes?
The full recipe and list of ingredients for each class are already published on the Members page, so you can start to prepare for future classes as soon as you enroll. You will also receive a shopping list by email about one week in advance.
What if I miss a live cooking class or have to leave early?
Members will have access to video recordings of each class. That way you can watch the replay whenever is most convenient for you.
How does it work? Do I need a special program to participate in the membership?
Cooking classes will be held on Zoom. This requires a quick and easy download, but you do not need a special Zoom account to participate.
The video lessons library, recipes, and live class information for the Club will be hosted on this website. Members will have a username and password to access these private webpages.
The best way to interact with Chicca throughout the week will be through the Club’s exclusive Facebook group (optional). Important Club communications will also be sent out by email.
Will the classes be taught in English?
Yes. Chicca teaches in English and co-host, Denise, will facilitate in English.
How much is the membership and what does it cover?
Membership is $149 for the season. A season covers 4 months. It includes six live cooking classes, plus access to our exclusive online community, new class replay videos, 60+ past class replays, and a growing library of recipes and cooking tips.
Is membership paid monthly?
Membership is paid up front for each season, and a season covers four months. You pay once when you sign up (July 25-August 15) and enjoy your membership access through the end of November 2023. The next season’s payment would be made December 1, if you wish to continue your membership.
Can I just sign up for individual classes instead?
Yes, tickets to join live classes will be sold a la carte. Classes will be $37 per device, per class.
By purchasing the membership, you can save 35% on new classes, plus take advantage of the additional benefits of being a Club member (including access to all class replays from past seasons).
Can I sign up for the Cooking Club after August 15?
Registration for the membership closes at the end of day on August 15, 2023. We don‘t allow new members to join in the middle of a season, but don‘t worry! You can still participate in our classes – you can purchase them à la carte! We will open doors to the next season of the Club in November, we are looking forward to welcoming new members.
Can I get a refund?
We do offer full refunds if you decide the membership is not for you before the first cooking class of the season. Feel free to take a look around the members-only webpages, the Facebook community, and even watch last season’s classes during this time. Once classes are underway, your membership becomes non-refundable.

When is the latest I can enroll in a class?
Enrollment will stay open until the last minute. However, for the best experience, we recommend enrolling at least 24 hours in advance – and even further in advance if you need extra time to shop for ingredients. Additionally, important instructions will be sent out the day before each class.

She’ll help you build skills to cook delicious meals in your own kitchen while bringing to life the culture of Tuscany.

Jedd and Michelle are co-founders and former class co-hosts. As a nomadic couple, they are passionate about cross-cultural exchange. Pros at running events online and offline, they have lived and worked with Chicca for several months, assisting with her classes and cooking vacations in Tuscany.
