I’ve been teaching traditional Italian recipes from my kitchen in Bolgheri for over 20 years. Since 2020, I’ve hosted over 100 live Zoom classes for students all over the world, and now, I’d love to cook with you!

This is my family’s recipe. You only need two ingredients: flour and water (no potatoes!). It’s perfect for beginners or experts, and I’ll guide you step-by-step with my secret tips so you can cook with total confidence.
We’ll also prepare a fresh, tasty sweet pea sauce to pair with your handmade pasta. I promise it’s easy, fun, and absolutely delizioso! By the end, you’ll be savoring a real Italian meal, made by you.

What ingredients do I need?
The gnocchi themselves only require flour and water. We will also prepare a simple sweet pea and pancetta sauce together (I'll send the full list in your confirmation email!)
PS: If you miss the class, you will have access to the video recording within 24 hours of the live class.

How do I join the class? We’ll meet on Zoom! You don’t even need an account—just click the link I send you. I use multiple cameras so you can see every detail of the cooking process, just as if you were standing right here in my kitchen.
How long is the class and what time does it start? The class is about 75 minutes long.
- New York/Toronto: 1:30 PM
- London: 6:30 PM
- Italy/Central Europe: 7:30 PM
What if I miss the live class? Don’t worry! Everyone who signs up gets the full video recording within 24 hours. You can watch and cook whenever it's most convenient for you.
Do I need to be an experienced cook? Not at all! This recipe is perfect for absolute beginners, and even kids love to join in. It’s all about having fun and learning together.
When will I get the ingredient list? Check your inbox! The full recipe and shopping list are included in your confirmation email the moment you sign up.
When is the latest I can sign up? You can join until the very last minute! However, I recommend signing up at least 24 hours early so you have time to shop and get my final instructions.
