Wine Tasting and Italian Classics begins with a visit to one of our local vineyards on ‘La strada del vino,’ The Wine Road. We will tour the vineyard and cellar, meet the producer, and taste four of their top wines. Following the wine tasting, you will be escorted to my kitchen where you will create a complete traditional Italian meal. You will work with authentic family recipes that will fire your passion for Italian home cooking.
